These terms apply to the use of moroccogolfbreaks.com and to golf holidays, golf passes, transfers and excursions booked with Morocco Golf Breaks. By sending a booking request or confirming a booking, you accept them. Specific conditions shown on a product page or in your booking confirmation take precedence over these general terms.
1. About us
Morocco Golf Breaks is operated by Inspired Travel & Events – Morocco DMC, a licensed Moroccan travel agency and Destination Management Company at 115, Lotissement Chrifia Golf Atlas, Marrakech 40000, Morocco. Contact: [email protected], +212 (0) 524 208 533.
2. Enquiries and quotes
- Sending a form on this website is a request for information or a quote. It is not a booking and costs nothing.
- We check availability of hotels, tee times and transfers and send you a written quote. Until your booking is confirmed, availability and prices can change.
- Prices are in euros (EUR) per golfer unless stated otherwise, and apply to the season shown on the product page (golf passes: the 2026–2027 golf season).
- Where a page says so, prices are based on a minimum of two people sharing private airport transfers.
3. Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed once you accept our quote and we receive the deposit stated in it. We then send a booking confirmation.
- The balance is due before arrival, on the date shown in your confirmation. If it isn't received on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you (see section 6).
- Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us straight away about any mistake, especially in names — tee times and golf passes are issued in the golfer's name.
4. What's included
- Each package includes exactly what is listed on its page and in your confirmation — for example accommodation, the stated number of green fees, tourist and stay taxes, and airport or golf transfers.
- Flights are not included.
- Golf buggies, caddies, trolleys and club hire are extras, paid locally, unless your confirmation says otherwise.
5. Golf passes
- One player per golf pass. A pass cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
- Tee times must be booked in advance and are booked under the name of the golfer who bought the pass.
- A golf pass covers green fees only.
- Golf passes cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Cancellations, changes and no-shows
- Cancellations must be sent to us in writing by email.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are charged at 100% of the booking price.
- For cancellations made earlier, the charges in your booking confirmation apply.
- A no-show is charged at 100%.
- No refund is given for any unused green fee, night or service included in a package.
- We will try to accommodate requested changes, subject to availability. Suppliers may charge for changes, and we will tell you before confirming.
7. On the golf course
- Weather: no refund can be made if the weather does not allow play.
- High season: golf clubs may group players into fourballs to complete flights, and may move confirmed tee times by up to 15 minutes.
- Each golf club's own rules apply, including dress code (collared shirt, tailored shorts or trousers, soft-spike shoes). Some championship courses may ask for a handicap certificate in high season; we will tell you when you book.
8. Changes or cancellation by us
If we or a supplier have to make a significant change to your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a comparable alternative or a refund of the amounts paid for the affected services. We are not responsible for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics or government decisions.
9. Your travel documents and insurance
- You are responsible for having a passport valid for at least six months and any visa your nationality requires. Many nationalities, including UK, EU, US, Canadian and Australian citizens, can visit Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days — please check the current rules before you travel.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and golf equipment.
10. Our responsibility
We arrange your holiday with carefully selected hotels, golf clubs and transport providers, and we are responsible for making the arrangements you booked with us. Each supplier remains responsible for its own services and applies its own terms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Using this website
- We keep the information on this site accurate, but descriptions, photos and prices can change. Your quote and booking confirmation are what count.
- The text, photos and design of this site belong to Morocco Golf Breaks or its partners and may not be copied without permission.
- Please don't misuse the forms, for example by sending spam or false information.

13. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If something goes wrong, please tell our team on the ground straight away so we can fix it, and follow up by email to [email protected]. If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
