- Cancellation (less than 30 days): 100% charge
- No-Show: 100% billing applies
- Refunds: No refund for unused green fees or weather-related cancellations
- High Season: Golf clubs reserve the right to regroup players into foursomes and may postpone confirmed tee times by up to 15 minutes
